The hotel's amenities cater to both leisure and business travelers, with features like the BaseCamp Climbing Gym - boasting the world's tallest artificial climbing wall. the Heritage restaurant and bar provide a cozy spot to unwind, while the Cargo Concert Hall offers exciting live entertainment right at your doorstep. From the complimentary wireless Internet access to the bold, playful design throughout the hotel, every detail is thoughtfully curated to delight visitors. During my visit for New Year, the impeccable service and attention to detail truly stood out. Although minor improvements could be made in certain areas, such as the bathroom cleanliness, the overall experience was remarkable. I particularly enjoyed exploring Downtown Reno and making memories with my companions, savoring the delectable food at Cafe Whitney and soaking in the lively atmosphere of the area.
